PROPERTY LOCATION

In practice, it often happens that housing that meets all the criteria and needs appears on the market, but it does not completely match the desired location. The reverse option is also possible.

It is impossible to say unequivocally which location is good and which is bad, it is a very subjective criterion, and some of the selected criteria acquire a variable value during the search.

In this case, it is suggested to individually assess the most important criteria and arrange them according to importance:

• Distance to the center. The possibility to quickly and comfortably reach the city center and the attractions located here.
• Distance and traffic intensity when driving the most used direction (work, school, kindergarten)
• The intensity of construction in the district.
• Infrastructure. Roads, sidewalks, engineering communications and their perspectives
• Communication by public transport
• Proximity to forest or nature
• View from the window
