Today's real estate agencies are not just an intermediary for selling/buying/renting housing. Or at least not all of them. INTO's goal is to be a value-creating partner. And sometimes that value is not expressed in financial terms, but comes through the satisfaction we receive from customers. Our latest non-standard project is an opportunity for the sculptor K. Keparuchis to organize an exhibition of his copper sculptures in the "Missionary Gardens" project. Copper is also a significant part of the decor of the object's facades, so the symbiosis of art and architecture complement each other very nicely. Residents of the project will have the opportunity to feel how art subtly integrates and complements their everyday life. In order for such projects to take place, an intermediary is needed who harmonizes the needs and interests of both the artist and the residents. In this way, an exclusive living object also tries on the T-shirt of a space suitable for art.
